By accessing or using the website at jupitersunrooms.com or by engaging the services of Jupiter Lanai Sunrooms & Patios ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website or engage our services.
These terms apply to all visitors to this website and to all clients who enter into a written service agreement with the Company.
Jupiter Lanai Sunrooms & Patios provides residential sunroom construction, patio enclosure installation, screen room installation, and related design and remodeling services to homeowners in Jupiter, FL and surrounding Palm Beach County communities. Services are provided pursuant to a written contract signed by both parties.
The information on this website is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of specific pricing, availability, or project scope. All commitments are made through a written, signed project agreement.
Written estimates provided by the Company are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on information available at the time of the site visit and are subject to change if conditions or project scope change after the estimate is issued.
Final pricing is established in the written project contract. Any additions or changes to the original scope of work requested after the contract is signed will be addressed through a written change order, which must be approved and signed by the client before the additional work begins.
Project start dates are scheduled after contract signing and receipt of any required deposit. Scheduling is subject to permit approval timelines, which are outside the Company's control.
If a client wishes to cancel a signed contract, cancellation terms, including any applicable fees for work already performed or materials already ordered, will be governed by the written project contract. The Company reserves the right to reschedule project start dates due to permitting delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Payment schedules and accepted payment methods are specified in each written project contract. Failure to make payments as specified may result in a pause or suspension of work until payment is received. The Company reserves the right to charge reasonable fees for late payments as outlined in the project contract.
Final payment is due upon project completion, as defined in the project contract, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Company will apply for required building permits on behalf of the client as part of each contracted project. Permit fees are included in the project contract unless otherwise noted. The client is responsible for ensuring that any homeowners association (HOA) approvals required for the project are obtained prior to the start of construction. The Company will assist with HOA submission materials but cannot guarantee HOA approval timelines or outcomes.
Specific warranty terms for materials and workmanship are outlined in each written project contract. The Company makes no warranties beyond those expressly stated in the project contract.
The information and content on this website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jupiter Lanai Sunrooms & Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or from services rendered under a project contract, except as expressly provided in the written project contract.
The Company's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a project contract shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client under that contract.

In the event of a dispute arising from the services provided under a project contract, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, the parties agree to participate in mediation before initiating any formal legal proceeding.
Disputes related to website use that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
These Terms and Conditions and any project contract between you and Jupiter Lanai Sunrooms & Patios are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
